Job summary

Dodge Ridge Ski Resort in Pinecrest, CA is seeking a Parking Supervisor to lead the Parking team and ensure guests are welcomed and parked efficiently. The role supports guest experience by organizing parking operations and training staff for safe, professional service.

The position requires standing outdoors, working up to 40 hours per week with extended periods during busy times, and a valid driver’s license with MVR compliance. High standards of presentation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet the Motor Vehicle Record qualifications as outlined in the Fleet Safety Program.
• Be able to lift heavy and awkward items (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to walk on uneven ground.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an on-going commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This involves courteously interacting with guests and being able to answer questions professionally.
• Oversee and train Parking Attendants and other parking employees on how to work safely and effectively.
• Serve as an example and challenge Parking employees to maintain the highest professional standards
• Be in good physical condition, as this position requires standing outside for long periods of time in inclement weather.
• Ability to accurately follow directions.
• Be aware of the ski area services, terrain and facilities.
• Ability to shovel heavy loads of snow.
• Be well groomed and present a good public image.
• Must posses a valid driver's license and meet the Motor Vehicle Record qualifications as outlined in the Fleet Safety Program.
