Qualifications

• Provide shift supervision and guidance to the Front Desk.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with training new team members and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain standards and cleanliness of public and private areas.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Stein Collection Standards
• Assist in attainment or surpassing of all departmental goals
• Maximize customer service and enhance the guest experience
• Maintain open lines of communication with all department team members and Manager
• Encourage empowerment by maintaining incentives that reward employees for responsive/proactive guest assistance
• Assist with the training process of all department employees
• Review daily front office shift work for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure standards and cleanliness of public and private areas of the are maintained
• Do whatever necessary to help guests and fellow employees
• Ensure all “call back” requests are called backed
• Manage guest history program
• Follow up on all guest complaints in a timely manner
• Review daily arrivals and departures
