Job summary

Stein Collection in Park City, Utah is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk team, ensure professional image and superior guest service, and resolve guest concerns. You will assist with training new staff and maintain high standards across all guest-related areas.

Front Desk Supervisor

Provide shift supervision and guidance to the Front Desk. Ensure each area is managed in accordance with operating standards to maintain a professional image and superior customer service. Ensure that all reports are completed as required. Resolves quickly and timely on guest complaints, concerns or disputes. Responsible to report all issues to Front Office Manager. Assist with training new team members as well as ongoing training for employees.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure messages and faxes are properly logged and delivered
• Manage guest history program
• Follow up on all guest complaints in a timely manner
• Review daily arrivals and departures
