Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to support the front office manager and ensure guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk of Grand Lodge. The role involves supervising front desk staff, handling reservations, and managing daily cash and lift ticket sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a front desk agent or in a supervisory role required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and settle balances on departure.
• Provide directions, information, and instructions.
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and childcare.
• Recruit, manage, train, motivate, and evaluate front desk staff.
• Process cash, credit card, and lift ticket transactions daily.
• Balance and close lift ticket sales at the end of the day.
• Resolve guest, owner, and employee issues promptly.
• Assist with bellstaff/concierge duties for guest requests.
• Develop desk processes with the front office manager.
• Assist with staff schedules, training, and timecards.
• Check guest requests three days before arrival.
• Cross-train with housekeeping and assist as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
