Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is seeking a Ski Rental Associate for the Bretton Woods location. You will assist guests with ski and snowboard rentals, fittings, and safety information, while maintaining equipment and providing excellent service.

The role requires knowledge of ski equipment and bindings, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule during the winter season.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must have knowledge of skis equipment and binding technical information.
• Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs, reach and bending is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and some PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ski and snowboard rentals and fittings.
• Explain equipment options, pricing, and safety information to guests.
• Set up rental stations and maintain equipment inventory.
• Check bindings and ensure proper guest instruction on equipment use.
• Provide excellent guest service and comply with Omni Service Standards.
