Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts at Bretton Woods invites you to join our team for the winter season. As a Ski Rental Associate you will assist guests with equipment selection, ensure proper setup, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced mountain environment.

We offer on-site housing, weekly pay, complimentary meals, and generous resort discounts, including a free season pass (terms apply). Weekend and holiday shifts are common to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must have knowledge of skis equipment and binding technical information.
• Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs, reach and bending is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and some PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of skis and snowboards.
• Familiar with rental options and prices.
• Provide services to guests.
• Inform guests how to use equipment rented.
• Check bindings with boots for each rental.
• Provide return slips and ski numbers to guests.
• Greet guests and be pleasant using surnames when obtained.
• Perform duties as assigned by rental supervisor.
