Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts at Bretton Woods is hiring ski instructors for the upcoming season. You will provide high-quality guest service, lead lessons, and align with Omni standards for safety and customer care.

The role requires working with the Ski School team, following PSIA/AASI guidelines, and maintaining knowledge of ski school programs. Training is provided, with a pathway to full-time employment after winter.

Qualifications

• Prior instruction experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to remain calm and friendly in stressful situations.
• Must understand safety rules, risk awareness, and skier responsibility.
• Knowledge of ski school programs and Omni policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best guest service based on Omni Service Standards.
• Report to Ski School Line-up area at scheduled times.
• Be prepared for any lesson assigned by the Base Area supervisor.
• Participate in training provided by Ski School trainers.
• Be proficient and current to teach all levels per PSIA/AASI standards.
• Maintain safety and report incidents following the Ski School procedures.
