Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff, both oral and written.

• Understanding safety and risk awareness as part of ski instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service following Omni Service Standards.
• Report to Ski School Line-up area at scheduled times.
• Be prepared for any lesson assigned by the Base Area supervisor.
• Participate in trainer-led instruction for ski school.
• Maintain current PSIA/AASI standards for all levels you teach.
• Understand safety, risk awareness, and skier responsibility codes.
