Job summary

Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT is seeking a friendly Rental & Retail Associate to assist guests with equipment rentals and shop maintenance. You will fit boots, adjust bindings, and guide customers through the rental process while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing transactions, maintaining the rental fleet, and delivering excellent guest service in all snow conditions. Seasonal, weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and equipment rental preferred.
• Experience with ski/snowboard tuning and binding adjustments is a plus.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with equipment rentals and returns.
• Fit boots and adjust bindings per safety standards.
• Operate POS and process cash/credit transactions accurately.
