Job summary

Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Seasonal Retail & Rentals Associate to provide outstanding customer service in the retail store, assist guests with product information, process transactions, and support inventory tasks during the winter season.

You will become proficient with the POS system, restock merchandise, handle end-of-day closeouts, and collaborate with the Retail Lead to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or retail sales.
• Possess excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems and basic computer application usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with guests, supervisors, and coworkers.
• Provide knowledgeable support regarding Bridger Bowl products, services, and experiences.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns or escalates to the Retail Lead or Managers as needed.
• Learn and improve proficiency with the POS system and product knowledge.
• Support retail shop inventory and notify management of inventory needs.
• Support the receiving, processing, and inventory of retail products.
• Restock, label, and organize merchandise as necessary.
• Assist with the inventory counts.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties and end-of-day reports.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions and maintain accountability for assigned registers.
