Job summary

Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Seasonal Rental & Retail Associate to greet guests, answer questions about mountains, services and events, and help with equipment check-in/out.

You will maintain accurate records, assist with Lost & Found, and operate the point-of-sale system while staying informed on snow conditions and mountain operations. Join a team focused on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or retail sales.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate information about mountain facilities, services, events, weather, and snow conditions while maintaining equipment check-in/out and secure storage.
• Handle lost & found items and maintain records; stay informed on mountain operations and events.
• Learn and proficiently operate the point-of-sale system; perform daily accounting and submit sales reports.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized; comply with Bridger Bowl policies and procedures.
