Job summary

Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT seeks a Seasonal Rentals & Retail Associate to deliver outstanding guest service in the shop, process transactions, and maintain shop organization. You will help guests with product information and support inventory tasks to ensure a smooth operation.

Applicants should have customer service experience, be comfortable with POS systems, and enjoy skiing. Seasonal position with benefits and opportunities to engage with guests in a dynamic ski environment.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and/or retail sales.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Communicate clearly with guests, supervisors, and coworkers.
Provide knowledgeable support regarding Bridger Bowl products, services, and experiences.
Assist in resolving guest concerns or escalate to Managers as needed.
Learn and improve proficiency with POS system and product knowledge; encourage others to do the same.
Support retail shop inventory and notify management of inventory needs.
Assist with receiving, processing, and inventory of retail products.
Restock, label, and organize merchandise as required.
Assist with inventory counts and daily opening/closing duties.
Close registers and submit end-of-day reports.
