Job summary

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort is seeking a Ski Patroller to provide emergency care, mountain safety, and guest information on and off the mountain. You will interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner and support other departments as needed.

The role requires advanced skiing/boarding ability, EMT/OEC CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license for snowmobile operation. Work involves challenging weather and outdoor conditions and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• EMT or OEC CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Advanced skiing/boarding ability and safe, expeditious guest transport.
• Valid driver's license and DMV check to operate snowmobile.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care and rescue as needed.
• Maintain all-mountain safety, boundary marking, signs, and safety devices.
• Deliver courteous, professional guest service and information to guests.
• Communicate with other departments and assist as needed (shoveling, flagging, snow removal).
• Rotate between Base and Dispatch with knowledge of 1Risk Dispatch & Documentation program.
