Job summary

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort is seeking a Ski Patrol Trail Crew member to model safe skiing and deliver excellent guest service. You will assist patrollers, support mountain safety, and help with snow removal and trail maintenance in a fast-paced resort environment.

Applicants should have EMR/CPR/First Aid/AED certification and strong skiing/boarding ability, with a commitment to safety and professional conduct on and off the slopes.

Qualifications

• Must read and write legibly; complete records and forms.
• EMR/Advanced CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Advanced skiing or boarding ability and safe guest transport within terrain.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ski Patroller with emergency care and rescue.
• Participate in mountain safety and maintenance tasks (slope safety, marking, signage).
• Provide courteous, professional guest information and service.
• Communicate with other departments; provide assistance as needed.
• Shovel, flag, perform snow removal; operate lifts when required.
• Maintain safe, clean workstations and proper records.
• Recognize safety hazards and respond appropriately.
