Job summary

Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resort is seeking a Ski Patrol Manager for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Lead the Ski Patrol, shape a culture of safety, and oversee budgets, staffing, training, and incident response for mountain operations.

Collaborate with Mountain Operations, Risk Management, and external agencies to ensure compliant, high‑quality guest experiences. Applicants should have 5+ years patrol experience and OEC certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Patrol experience.
• Current OEC certification.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ski Patrol financials and budgeting.
• Oversee daily Ski Patrol operations for safety and efficiency.
• Drive a culture of accountability and guest service across the department.
• Coordinate with external agencies and other departments.
• Oversee winter setup, grooming priorities, and mountain operations.
