Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for winter 2026/27 for roles including Assistant Manager for Ski Patrol. You will lead patrollers, oversee daily patrol operations, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive safety and guest service on the mountain.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead patrollers and oversee day-to-day mountain patrol operations.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to facilitate daily projects.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support safety culture and guest service initiatives.
• Travel for training and support across the enterprise.
