Job summary

Stratton Mountain is seeking enthusiastic Ski Instructors to join our mountain team. You will teach guests of all ages and abilities in a safe, supportive, and fun environment, helping build confidence and a love for snow sports.

Applicants must be at least 16, have skiing experience, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Teaching experience and ski certification are a plus; new instructors will complete a four-day in-person training clinic.
