Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont, is seeking enthusiastic ski instructors for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will teach group and private lessons, focusing on children, while delivering world-class guest service in a safe, fun learning environment.

The role requires fluent English, comfortable skiing on blue terrain, and willingness to work weekends/holidays. Employment is winter seasonal with full-time and part-time hours, and housing is available.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20/hr
  • Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age
