Job summary

Stratton Mountain is seeking enthusiastic Ski Instructors to join our mountain team. You will teach guests of all ages and abilities in a safe, supportive, and fun environment, helping build confidence and a love for snow sports.

Applicants must be at least 16, have skiing experience, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Teaching experience and ski certification are a plus; new instructors will complete a four-day in-person training clinic.

• New instructors will complete a four‑day in‑person training clinic.
• All full‑time instructors must be available during key holiday periods: December 27–31, January 16–17, February 13–14, and February 16–19.
