Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring ski instructors for the 2026/27 season in New Hampshire. Instructors will teach guests of all ages and deliver exceptional guest service in a fun environment. Starting wage is $20/hr, and roles can be full-time or part-time. Additional benefits include free passes, discounts, and training opportunities. Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching Snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20/hr (pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives)
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons
• Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
• Deliver world‑class guest service

• Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays
• Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods of time
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards

Additional requirements for hires under age 18: Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate.

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
