• Recommend and sell gear, adjust orders, and resolve customer issues via in-store, phone, and email channels
• Assess and check-in customer equipment for services (tunes, mounts, repairs)
• Perform binding adjustments on skis with alpine bindings
• Assist customers with order/service pickups and document service tickets
• Process returns, refunds, and order cancellations; edit orders and coordinate with other departments
• Assist shipping with basic packing tasks; restock and maintain storefront and offices
• Stay updated on current Powder7 products and gear; move and clean demos as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by managers and supervisors
