Job summary

Christy Sports Denver is seeking a Softgoods Sales Associate to help guests look good, perform better and feel confident on the mountain. You'll bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding, eye for fashion, and love of helping people to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and managing our softgoods collection.

The role requires outgoing, friendly demeanor, willingness to learn, flexible schedule, ability to stand long hours, and basic computer skills for processing

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly; loves talking gear and mountain style.
• Strong English fluency written and verbal.
• Interest in skiing or snowboarding and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy, create a fun shopping experience.
• Explain product features, fit and performance for mountain use.
• Close sales and build relationships for repeat visits.
• Upsell and suggest complementary products and services.
• Operate POS systems to process transactions smoothly.
• Create displays and manage the softgoods collection.
• Assist with inventory and restocking; other duties as assigned.
