Job summary

Sun & Ski Sports in Dillon, CO is seeking a Ski Technician to join our fast-paced team. You will provide expert ski/snowboard tuning, advise guests, and ensure precise equipment work while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of service technician experience, strong selling skills, and comfortable using a POS system. This on-site role offers hourly pay with commission potential and opportunities to grow with a leading outdoor retailer.

Qualifications

Experience with ski and/or snowboard tuning is required.
Minimum 1 year of service technician experience.
Background in retail and customer service is preferred.
Strong selling skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with enthusiasm and a genuine smile.
Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
Assess and determine each customer’s equipment needs based on skill level and preferences.
Perform high-quality tunes, mounting, adjustments, and repairs in accordance with guidelines.
Follow all safety protocols for tools and equipment.
Accurately complete work order documentation and prioritize service requests.
