Christy Sports in Golden, CO is hiring a Ski Hardgoods Sales Associate to help guests find the right skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings, and to deliver welcoming, personalized service on the sales floor.

You’ll perform bootfitting, share knowledge of gear trends, and keep displays inviting. The role emphasizes team spirit, strong English communication, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays to maximize mountain time.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to guide guests to appropriate gear and provide helpful recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse guest base.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities
