Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality with ski/board shop enthusiasm
• Passion for skiing or snowboarding
• Flexible with scheduling including holidays and weekends
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Basic computer skills for transactions and records
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience.
• Skillfully fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles to prepare guests for their day.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert.
• Share knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide guests to the right equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
