Christy Sports in the United States is looking for a Rental Technician to gear guests up for their slopes and deliver top-notch guest service. You’ll help guests choose and fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles, bringing a passion for skiing or snowboarding to every interaction.

You will share knowledge of gear and mountain culture, aim to become a certified safety expert by passing binding tests, and handle transactions with basic computer skills in a fast-paced retail setting with flexible

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Willing to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience.
• Fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles to customers.
• Assist with binding certification tests to become a safety expert.
• Share gear knowledge and guide guests toward the right equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
