Christy Sports in Centennial, Colorado is hiring a Rental Technician to help guests gear up for their ski or ride day. You will expertly fit boots, skis, snowboards and poles, share gear knowledge, and deliver the standout guest service we pride ourselves on.

Bring your passion for winter sports, strong English, and comfort with lifting up to 25 lbs. Flexible schedule and opportunities for training, certification, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail/sports environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assist customers.
• Comfort with gear fitting and shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience.
• Expertly fitting boots, skis, snowboards, and poles to guests.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert.
• Share knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide guests.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
