Job summary

Solitude Ski & Ride School is seeking a Seasonal Private Lessons Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team of instructors, overseeing Private Lessons and Guides products, specialty programs, and ensuring a premium guest experience from Oct to May.

Requirements include strong leadership, clear communication, reliability, PSIA-AASI Level I (II preferred), and 2+ years teaching for a ski & ride school.

Qualifications

• Strong, clear communication and leadership across 1:1, group, and cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing team of instructors through coaching, training, and skill development.
• Implement and manage schedules for instructors and guides under supervision.
• Fill in for other leaders, teach lessons, and conduct training as needed.
• Coordinate with sales to match guests with instructors and optimize guest experience.
• Oversee Private Lessons and Guides products to drive loyalty and return business.
• Manage specialty programs including skills clinics and women’s programs.
• Maintain class records, labor data, and inform budgets and expenses.
