Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a Team Solitude Supervisor to oversee non-competitive seasonal programs and Summer Camp operations, including All Mountain, Junior Devo, and Cruisers, plus Bike School and Adventure Park support.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff, ensure safety, maintain customer satisfaction, and help achieve budget goals, using RTP, Flaik, TeamSnap, and other systems.

Qualifications

• PSIA Level 1, USSA, or IFSA Level 100 coaching credentials required (Level 2 or 200 preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience with ski school, teams program, or camp program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, onboard, schedule, and supervise a high-performing team of ski & snowboard coaches and Summer Camp counselors.
• Lead staff meetings, trainings, and other professional functions.
• Schedule and manage staffing to cover winter and summer programs while maintaining labor efficiency.
• Manage employee time and payroll administration, and approve timesheets.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
• Ensure safety protocols and operational standards are followed across programs.
