Aufgaben

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties with 49 or fewer doors.
• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding Spectrum services.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to policy and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ pricing and inform supervisor of market changes.
• Attend sales meetings and training programs to improve results.
• Accurately complete dispositions, sales orders, and reporting within required timeframes.
