Job summary

Spectrum seeks a high-energy salesperson to acquire residential customers in 50+ door multi-dwelling unit properties, using a consultative approach. You will meet targets in a field role, with a base salary plus incentives that can push total compensation above $100,000 annually.

Expect outdoor work most of the time (about 80%), flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and opportunities to earn free or discounted Spectrum services along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in sales or customer service.
• Understanding of communications technologies and data networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and territory penetration goals.
• Engage potential customers in 50+ door MDUs through door-to-door outreach.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Respond to customer problems per policy and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors, pricing, and offers in the territory.
• Attend sales meetings and training to improve performance.
• Accurately document dispositions, orders and reporting per guidelines.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts as required.
