Job summary

Kleinfelder Inc is seeking a Mid-Atlantic Siting and Routing Lead to establish a Siting and Routing team across the East Division. In this role, you will focus on developing client contracts with Investor-Owned Utilities and ensuring project delivery from initiation through execution.

With a preference for a BS in Environmental or natural sciences, candidates should have at least 3 years of Siting and Routing experience and 5 years in project management. The expected salary range is $116,691 to $183,871 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Siting and Routing experience, 5+ years of Project Management experience, plus 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Solid professional relationships with regional clients and team partners.
• Expertise in driving strategic initiatives from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for growth of the Siting and Routing practice.
• Provide oversight and training for the Siting and Routing team.
• Lead the team's growth through the pursuit of Siting and Routing lines of work.
