Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Mid-Atlantic Siting and Routing Lead to build a Siting and Routing team across the East Division and lead the development and growth of client contracts with Investor-Owned Utilities and partners. This role is based in Hunt Valley, MD or Hanover, MD.

Qualifications

BS in Environmental or natural sciences preferred.
3+ years Siting and Routing experience and 5+ years in Project Management.
7+ years in a leadership role.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Work with existing staff to support Siting and Routing pursuits.
Develop and execute long-term growth strategy and hiring plans.
Provide oversight and training for the team.
Build an organizational chart to support divisional needs.
Plan, recruit and develop talent to grow the team.
Lead growth of the group through Siting and Routing pursuits and serve as PM early.
Maintain relationships with current clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Establish standards and processes for project quality and profitability.
