Job summary

Kleinfelder seeks a Mid-Atlantic Siting and Routing Lead to build a team across the East Division, driving client contracts with Investor-Owned Utilities and partners. The role is based in Hunt Valley, MD or Hanover, MD offices.

The position requires 3+ years in Siting and Routing, 5+ years in Project Management, and at least 7 years in leadership, with a strong ability to recruit and develop talent and maintain client relations.

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental or related natural sciences is preferred.
• 3+ years of Siting and Routing experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and grow teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Siting and Routing pursuits and build a backlog of projects.
• Develop and execute long-term growth plans and hiring strategies.
• Provide oversight and training for the team and engage right clients and projects.
• Build an organizational chart to support divisional needs and recruit talent.
• Lead growth of the group through pursuits and serve as Project Manager early on.
