Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Mid-Atlantic Siting and Routing Lead to build a Siting and Routing team across the East Division to lead development and growth of client contracts with Investor-Owned Utilities, teaming partners, and other local utilities. This position is available in Hunt Valley MD or Hanover, MD office.

You will recruit, mentor, and manage the team, develop long-range business plans, oversee projects, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality, profitable

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental or related natural sciences preferred.
• 3+ years Siting and Routing experience; 5+ years PM; 7+ years leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to grow teams.
• Demonstrated ability to win client relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Support Siting and Routing pursuits and build project backlog.
• Develop and execute long-term growth plans and hiring strategy.
• Provide oversight and training to ensure the right people and projects.
• Lead team growth and serve as PM during early build-out.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure quality deliverables.
• Establish standards and processes for profitability.
