You will balance VOC data, pricing, and go-to-market activities to drive growth. Based in the United States, the position requires 25-40% travel, and offers competitive compensation, benefits, and educational reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering required.
• MBA is preferred for higher leadership potential.
• Must be able to travel 25-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own product launches for Siteworks category, from idea to commercial readiness.
• Analyze product performance, competitiveness and trends; maintain VOC and competitive intel.
• Lead PLCM to define strategy and create development and simplification roadmaps.
• Support core positioning and messaging for the product.
• Collaborate with sales on pricing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Partner with marketing to maximize product sales within budget.
• Develop and deliver sales training materials for new and existing lines.
• Become a product expert on part numbers, configurations, and BOMs.
• Coordinate with supply chain and service teams to execute simplification and inventory planning.
