Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the upstream product journey, lead product positioning, and develop growth plans for the Wilkins category. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling campaigns and launch strategies across the product life cycle.

The role emphasizes brand strategy, customer persona definition, and end-to-end commercialization—from scope definition to funnel creation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years in product, channel or brand marketing with go-to-market launches.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, marketing and sales.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends and performance.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream product positioning and growth planning for Wilkins category.
• Develop branding, value propositions, naming, and go-to-market strategies.
• Own end-to-end NPI commercialization from scope to funnel creation and training.
• Collaborate across product management, channel marketing and sales on launches.
• Define customer personas, KPIs and performance metrics for campaigns.
