Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Indiana seeks a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program across our distribution network. You will partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work, drive data-driven risk reduction, and build a high-performing WHS team.

The role requires 5+ years in EHS and people management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills to influence site leaders and sustain continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS program and safety initiatives across sites.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and drive training programs.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and culture of continuous improvement.
