Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager for the Plainfield, IN site. You will lead a comprehensive safety program, partner with Operations leadership, and drive data-driven risk reduction while protecting a large workforce.

You will build a high-performing WHS team, foster continuous improvement, and align safety with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills across senior leadership and front-line teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs.
• Minimum 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a comprehensive WHS program at the site.
• Partner with operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies.
