Capstone Logistics in Billings, MT is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, safety, and performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management within distribution/transportation and a proven ability to train and motivate teams.

You will manage budgets, schedule shifts, hire and train associates, and ensure accurate data entry, payroll, and customer service. Capstone offers bonus incentives, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Budget management; interpret P&L statements and prepare reports.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Communicate with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports and meet customer needs daily.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and encourage participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry, payroll, and closeouts per Capstone procedures.
