Job summary

GSK is seeking a Technology Analyst for the Marietta site to coordinate infrastructure planning, deployment, and continuous improvement across site technology domains.

The role requires translating complex technical issues into business impacts, coordinating diverse teams, and driving actions to completion within a matrixed environment. You will support risk, security, compliance, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years delivering technology outcomes in manufacturing or complex operations.
• Translate strategies/roadmaps into implemented solutions with site impact.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to complete actions.
• Influence senior leaders and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site Tech roadmap projects with governance and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate deployment, rollout, continuity and support of global apps/infrastructure.
• Support paperless and data-driven solutions for Smart Manufacturing and S/4 initiatives.
• Lead structured problem solving for major incidents and serve root cause analyses.
• Manage IT risk, security, continuity, and compliance with global standards.
• Provide audit and inspection support across apps, infra and Smart Manufacturing.
