Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, Digital Foundations Lead to support GMP manufacturing IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system reliability. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Cybersecurity, and IT teams to ensure secure, compliant digital manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 5+ years in IT/OT infra for manufacturing.
• Hands-on firewall, segmentation, and IT/OT convergence experience.
• Familiarity with Purdue Architecture and validated systems in regulated environments.
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server, AD, and cloud services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT/OT infrastructure support for manufacturing environments.
• Maintain network documentation, asset inventories, and architecture reviews.
• Support cybersecurity controls and incident investigations across sites.
• Coordinate changes with enterprise networking teams and suppliers.
