Job summary

Greenworks Tools seeks a Senior IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist for our Morristown, Tennessee manufacturing site. You will provide hands-on IT infrastructure and systems support, aligning local technology with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards.

The role collaborates with IT Infrastructure, plant leadership, and operations to ensure reliable, secure technology across manufacturing and business applications.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressively responsible IT experience in systems, networking, or infrastructure.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and OT/IT integration is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site IT resource for Tennessee manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure and enterprise services.
• Support ERP/MES/production IT systems and end-user computing.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure team on changes and deployments.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements and policies are followed.
