Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Digital Technology Site Leader to drive the manufacturing site's digital roadmap, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant technology operations that boost factory performance.

The role combines leadership, business partnership, project execution, and site-level tech coordination, working with Infrastructure and enterprise DT teams to deploy modern solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Tech Eng.
• 3+ years leading digital tech in manufacturing/site environment.
• 4+ years managing digital tech projects, budgets, vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Leads Digital Technology for the site: infrastructure, networks, systems and end-user support.
• Owns manufacturing systems support (ERP, MES, WMS) and uptime.
• Partners with Operations to define and deliver the site digital/automation roadmap.
• Ensures cybersecurity compliance, access controls and OT/IT segmentation standards.
• Manages DT project portfolio, site planning and budget management, vendors and service levels.
• Leads disaster-recovery, business-continuity and incident-response readiness for the site.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement relevant technologies such as IoT, automation, analytics, AI, connected worker solutions, and manufacturing systems.
• Partners with enterprise DT teams to align standards and deploy solutions.
