Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT/SA experience or equivalent hands-on work.
• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications on-site.
• Manage security patches, VIBs, and database updates per DoS policies.
• Enforce security controls and AD administration practices.
• Perform backups, restores, and data purges; coordinate upgrades.
• Log and resolve incidents in Service Now and document configuration changes.
• Maintain site topology diagrams and comprehensive documentation.
