Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• Preferred: Comp TIA Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and proactively monitor hardware and applications.
• Enforce security controls and perform patches and remediation.
• Log and resolve incidents in the Ticket Management System (ServiceNow).
• Maintain site topology, configurations, and documentation.
• Provide regular status updates and alert on risks affecting IT services.
