Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior AIOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage AIOps across DoW networks and systems in a secure environment. You will lead integration across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams to deliver automated incident response and reliable mission-critical IT services.

Experience with Splunk Enterprise, ITSI, and MLTK is required, along with TS/SCI clearance. You will work on unclassified and classified enclaves, advancing observability, telemetry,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of hire.
• 7+ years with Splunk Enterprise including SPL.
• 3+ years in AIOps workflows with ServiceNow integration.
• Proven ML model experience with Splunk MLTK.
• Strong scripting for automation (Python).
• Experience in DoD/NOC/SOC environments.
• Ability to present designs to leadership boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AIOps platform initiative and coordinate across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams.
• Architect closed-loop remediation workflows integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain Splunk AIOps across unclassified and classified enclaves for real-time visibility.
• Integrate telemetry from SolarWinds with server and application logs for holistic health views.
• Develop and deploy ML models with Splunk MLTK to detect anomalies and threats.
• Engineer secure data ingestion pipelines from cross-domain and tactical edge devices.
• Use ITSI to correlate events and reduce noise for mission-critical alerts.
• Collaborate with CSSP to integrate AIOps insights into cyber defense operations.
• Ensure observability tools comply with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6; maintain architecture docs.
