Job summary

Empower AI is seeking an Inventory Systems Administrator for the Department of State, supporting the hybrid VPC and global IT infrastructure. You will manage inventory systems, real-time levels, shipping status, and generate standard and ad hoc reports for the customer.

You will administer a Government-approved inventory solution with secure web dashboards, upgrade the system per the DoS requirements, and ensure data integrity and bi-weekly data extraction for discrepancy resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory systems or IT administration.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Secret Security Clearance (DoS) required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory systems including real-time levels and shipping status.
• Administer Government-approved inventory software and dashboards.
• Ensure ILMS data compatibility and bi-weekly data extraction for reporting.
• Upgrade and customize the inventory system on the DoS intranet as directed.
• Generate standard and ad hoc warehouse reports as required by the customer.
