Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications at DoS sites.
• Manage security patches, VIBs, and Oracle/SQL databases; enforce DoS security policies.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and data backups; perform regular backups and restores.
• Log and resolve incidents in the Ticket Management System (Service Now) and document changes.
• Monitor system performance and maintain site topology diagrams and technical documentation.
• Provide status reporting and coordinate internal projects; promptly notify management of risks.
