Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Draper, UT to manage on-site security operations for a client location. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining quality service and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: military service, Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets, 1 year supervisory experience in security, or an associate's degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Operate radio/console equipment.
• Interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication.

• Assess and evaluate situations quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site functions (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Suggest disciplinary actions or commendations as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage productivity and costs.
